Job Description 
1-      Monitor asses and indentify strategies to improve services, systems and process.
2- Coordinate with various teams to implement approved policies and programs.

3- Arrange logistics for all external and internal meetings.
4- Administer all travel arrangements that include air travel and surface transport, lodging for groups and individuals.
5- Prepare complex and non-routine letters and maintain efficient correspondence to assist office staff.
6- Provide necessary backup support services to manage TimeSlips (time keeping software) and reception duties.
7- Recruit new paraprofessional employees to strengthen appropriate departments.
8- Maintain all required documentation that includes business continuity documentation and seating charts for office.
9- Provide assistance to all documentation using Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint utilities.
10- Organize office-wide and team wide cultural events to involve office staff in entertainment activities.
11- Maintain office equipment and an inventory of supplies and develop professional vendor relationship.
