1.Branch-wise Business planning of Region.

2.Implementation of processes for the achievement of business plan.

3.Planning for the desired manpower and co-ordination with HRD to achieve the business plan, branch wise.

4.Co-ordination between branch and Head Office.

5.Inter departmental co-ordination.

6.Generation of business MIS for the allocated territory.

7.Daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, half yearly & Yearly Review Meetings with team members.
