Job Description
• Study area and
customer segments to Collate database/ MIS of customer
• Track
prospective company tenders / contracts for generating leads
• Identification
of decision making authority in prospect customer and make customized
presentation to convert deals
• Build
relationships with fleet owners (Bulk / Corporate customers)/ body builders /
financers, Arrange plant visits, customer / body-builder/ financer meets in the
area
• Tie up with
Financiers to make finance available for customers.
• Collecting
testimonials/ references from customers
• Ensure customer
satisfaction and increasing customer engagement levels of existing
customers
• Ensure timely delivery
of vehicles to customer
• Cold calling /
prospecting of new customersCommunication Skills Product knowledge
