-Customer Centric

-Complete hold on local language

-Should be able to gauge customers for credit worthiness from their living standard, the way they conduct

-themselves in the verification / checks conducted from independent sources

- Sharp in noticing things around.

-Asking intricate / personal questions without offending customer

-Ascertain usage of tractor(whether by borrow error someone else)

-Awareness about non approved use of Tractors in the area.

- Ability to work independently

- Basic computer skills(excel,word,Mail)
