Job Description
Responsible for providing a broad range of Sale marketing of the assigned territory in accordance with the goals of the company.
Develop and coordinate Sales  selling cycle and methodology.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of business, methods, costs, and results.Participate in the development of new project proposals.
Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, and operating procedures in the assigned territory.Monthly Information System (MIS) as per the company policies i.e. Weekly report, Monthly report, Monthly Forecast & Rolling plan.
Manage the business development  activities of the region and build long-term relationships i.e. directly manage major and critical developing client accounts.Negotiating variations in end customer price,  delivery and specifications with senior managers and support functions in LiuGong.
Closing sales and contractual agreements with clients.Ensuring a smooth and seamless transfer of business from regions to the Execution team upon the receipt of a successful sale.Identify the skill matrix at dealerships/employees and nominate for trainings
