Job Description

•        Provide 2nd and 3rd level support via the ticket system, respond to and resolve support tickets within the define SLAs, in a global environment

•        Administration and maintenance of Firewall, Linux systems

•        Monitor and respond to Infrastructure and firewall alerts and notifications, health checks and react if necessary

•        Feasibility analysis and the financial impact of the alternative hosting solutions that best correspond to the strategy, within the budget

•        Keep up to date the documentation of network design and internal processes.

•        Follow defined escalation paths to ensure management are engaged when customer satisfaction is compromised (SLA breach)

•        Liaise with vendors where necessary in order to resolve vendor related issues.
