Job Description
2. Maintaining track of payments made vs consignments being received.
3. Tracking of shipments and documents in bank for proper clearance and prevention of demurrage charges.
4. Coordination with SCM with regards to shipments DSR.
5. Enabling reordering and other related functions
MIS Reporting & Analysis Functions
1. Preparation of sales MIS, visitor MIS, Dealer feedback report.
2. Preparation of SKU wise secondary sale and slow moving stock.
3. Preparation of SKU wise comparative primary & secondary to Sales Head, BU and Quality.
4. Preparation of location wise sales and stock analysis.
5. Ageing MIS is prepared as per format. Sales and Stock report is sent on Daily Basis to HO Lighting Team
6. Periodic Analysis of Plan Vs Actual Sales Sheet
Incentive Settlement & maintenance of Customer Accounts
1. Creation of Internal Order Hierarchy in SAP.
2. Calculations and settlement of monthly / quarterly & Annual schemes.
3. Punching of IOs in the system. Preparation of BDC and SKU wise updation of schemes for settlement.
4. Follow up with Accounts and intimation to the Team on updation of the incentive in SAP.
5. Issuance of credit and debit notes to the customer as per Account
Vendor Account Reconciliation
Reconciliation of vendor account statements in coordination with Accounts Team and Vendor.
Material Management
1. Receipt, compilation, planning and validation of stock requirements from locations.
2. Finalization of stock required to be moved and creation of STOs as per plan.
3. Follow up with the warehouse and forwarders for timely and proper dispatch of materials.
4. Inward of materials at required locations and inform sales team as and when required.
Sample Management
1. Tracking of Sample stock and timely disposal planning
Material Purchase
1. Finalization of Product Purchase Cost.
2. Document preparation for purchase
3. Material Follow up
4. Payment Follow-up
