•        Sourcing Business Housing Loan/LAP OD/LAP TL/Business Loan and

•        Implementing strategies to enhance market penetration and business volumes through bank branches and DSA’s

•        Recruiting DSAs, assisting them in achieving their targets and driving  them towards Bank goals

•        Cross-sell Business Loan to existing customers by way of renewal and fresh acquisition

•        Managing RL branch network/DSAs/DMA and ensure customer satisfaction

•        Cross-sell Business Loan to existing customers by way of Gold Loan, renewal and fresh acquisition
