Job Description

1) Handle sales for upcoming commercial and residential projects.

2) Manage the entire marketing operations and developing team to promote sales and to meet the specific requirements of clients and thus to handle pre and post sales operation.

3) Identify potential property associates and to establish a strong network of channel partners in India.

4) Monitoring recovery and Agreements.

Involvement in negotiations with corporate personnel's, brokers, service associations.

5) Coordinate with the investors/brands who have already invest with the group and identify new investors through brokers and reference of existing customers.

6) Ensure execution of marketing plans of allotted projects.

7) Look after the sales of HNI & NRI Clients.

8) Spear heading Sales & Marketing Operations including Planning, Business Development through dealer network which including motivating, conducting sales training program, establishing targets & ensuring accomplishment of the same by Dealers & Sales Team.
