Description
1. He/She will be responsible for increasing the
profitability of the Gold Loan branch.
2. Direct all operational aspects including sales,
customer service and administration.
3. Assess local market conditions and identify
current and prospective sales opportunities.
4. Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with
all the laid down processes.
5. Bring out the best of branch personnel by proper
hand-holding. Providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
