HP High Court Recruitment 2018 - 80 Clerk, Stenographer & Other Posts

The High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla has published a notification at official website hphighcourt.nic.in to fill total 80 vacancies of Clerk, Process Server, Judgment Writer, Junior Office Assistant (IT) and Stenographer.

Class-III and Class-IV vacancies will be filled in all the Civil & Sessions Divisions in the State of Himachal Pradesh. Candidates can register online starting from 3rd December 2018 to 21st December 2018 to apply for the posts.

Clerk (Class-III) : Pay Band Rs.5910-20200 along with Grade pay Rs.1900/-

Process Server (Class-IV) - Pay Band Rs.4900-10680 along with Grade pay Rs.1400/-

Judgment Writer (Class-III) - Pay Band Rs.5910-20200 along with Grade pay Rs.2000/-

Junior Office Assistant (on contract basis) : Pay Band Rs.5910-20200 along with Grade pay Rs.1950/-

Stenographer Gr.-III (Steno-typist) (Class-III) - Pay Band Rs.5910-20200 along with Grade pay Rs.2000/-

Education Qualification

a) Clerk (Class-III) : Candidate must be in possession of Graduate degree.

b) Process Server (Class-IV): Candidate should have passed 10+2 examination

c) Junior Office Assistant: Candidate should hold a B.Tech Degree OR MCA/B.Sc. (IT)/ PGDCA OR 10+2 plus Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)/ Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) OR ITI Diploma in Computers two years’ experience as System Assistant or Computer Desktop Engineer or on higher post

d) Judgment Writer (Class-III): (i) Candidate must be in possession of Graduate degree. (ii) Candidate should have speed of 80 Words per Minute (W.P.M.) in English Stenography & typing speed of 40 Words per minute (W.P.M) in English on computers.

e) Stenographer Gr.-III (Steno-typist) (Class-III): (i) Candidate must be in possession of Graduate degree. (ii) Candidate should have speed of 80 Words per Minute (W.P.M.) in English Stenography & typing speed of 40 Words per minute (W.P.M) in English on computers.

Selection Process: Selection process will consist of various parts as per follow:

Clerk, Junior Office Assistant: Written test, Typing Test Interview

Stenographer, Judgment Writer : Stenography Test

Process Server: Written test & Inteview
